Planning Supervisor

Main Responsibility

  1. SIOP management,
    1) Coordinate the S&OP with MKT(domestic and export facilitating consensus between demand planning and local operations.
    2Build short-term and long-term strategy that balances demand with manufacturing/procurement capacity and material availability.
  2. Planning management and optimization:
    1E2E planning view and agile
  3. ETO planning (quick response, special design complex and design change management)

    2) M anage raw material and subcon supplier OTD and capacity plan, optimize supply flow and Replenishment Strategy.
    2 Tracking daily delivery plan and optimize monthly analysis OTDM.
    3 Balance line allocation and lead team make production planning, manage capacity flexibility
  4. Inventory Management,
    1) Optimize inventory levels to achieve service level targets while minimizing excess and obsolete (E&O) stock.
    2) Develop inventory strategies regarding safety stock parameters, lead times, and reorder points.
    3) Lead monthly UHS, E&O, long-aging review process, optimize stock structure providing financial provisions and mitigation plans.

资格

Requirement

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 2+ years in a leader role.
2. Deep expertise in S&OP processes and implementation.
3. Proficiency with SAP systems, familiar with SAP master data and exception code.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex modeling) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)RPA and data tool (Python/SQL)
5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business strategy into operational plans.
6. Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong capability to interpret complex data sets and drive decisions.
7. Cross-functional Communication: Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and negotiating with suppliers.
8. Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
