People Data Operations Specialist with Italian

The People Data Operations Specialist/Administrator enables simpler, faster, and more reliable HR execution by providing core people data and operational support to HR Business Partners and HR teams across Europe.
This role contributes to a people-centric, high-performing HR organization through strong data discipline, standardized employee lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of HR processes. The role leverages digital tools, automation, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency - while delivering a positive employee and business experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end People Data Operations across the employee lifecycle (hire, change, exit), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong data quality
- Maintain and process confidential employee data in HR systems, including job changes, contracts, and separations, in line with local and global policies
- Provide regular and ad-hoc HR data reporting and analysis to HR and business stakeholders
- Support employees, managers, and HR Business Partners via ticketing tools and email on people data and HR administration topics
- Ensure consistent ways of working by collaborating with HR teams across countries and contributing to process documentation and knowledge sharing
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR data and operational processes
- Utilize digital workflows, reporting automation, and AI-supported data checks or process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
- Support HR Service Center escalations and participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience or strong interest in HR administration, People Data, or HR operations
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data flows
- Strong attention to detail and a high data-quality and confidentiality mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a shared services or international environment
- Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data and reports
- Openness to learning new HR systems, digital tools, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Experience in HR Shared Services / SSC / BPO
- Exposure to HR systems, ticketing tools, or reporting platforms
- Interest in automation, digitalization, or practical AI use cases
- French & Spanish or additional European languages
- English: Fluent (C1/C2)
- Italian/German B2/C1/C2 (optional/preferable)
- Other European languages it's an asset
