People Data Operations Intern with English

The People Data Operations Intern supports HR teams across Europe by helping maintain employee data, assisting with HR administration tasks, and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, HR systems, and people data management while working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle administration, including hiring, employee changes, and exit processes
- Update and maintain employee records in HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with HR documentation, contracts, and administrative tasks
- Support employees, managers, and HR teams through ticketing systems and email inquiries
- Help prepare basic HR reports and data extracts
- Participate in process improvement and data quality initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining HR procedures and knowledge documentation
- Support HR projects and other operational activities as needed
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR, people operations, or HR administration
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools
- Previous internship, student job, or academic project related to HR or administration
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel or handling data
- Interest in HR technology, automation, or AI tools
- Knowledge of Italian or another European language
- English: B2/C1
- Additional European languages are an advantage
