People Data Operations Intern with English

The People Data Operations Intern supports HR teams across Europe by helping maintain employee data, assisting with HR administration tasks, and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, HR systems, and people data management while working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle administration, including hiring, employee changes, and exit processes
• Update and maintain employee records in HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with HR documentation, contracts, and administrative tasks
• Support employees, managers, and HR teams through ticketing systems and email inquiries
• Help prepare basic HR reports and data extracts
• Participate in process improvement and data quality initiatives
• Contribute to maintaining HR procedures and knowledge documentation
• Support HR projects and other operational activities as needed

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR, people operations, or HR administration
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools

Nice to Have

• Previous internship, student job, or academic project related to HR or administration
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel or handling data
• Interest in HR technology, automation, or AI tools
• Knowledge of Italian or another European language

Languages

• English: B2/C1
• Additional European languages are an advantage
