PCBA & product test engineer
Responsibility:
- Responsible for electronic product functional test in industrialization team on new product development project.
- Define product test strategy.
- Provide PCBA & FG DFT (Design for Test) requirements to R&D according to test strategy and other targets.
- Make test coverage analysis, identify, and follow up potential risks and issues.
- Propose product architecture according to manufacturability and testability.
- Estimate test equipment investment budget.
- Define test equipment specification and qualification plan
- Select / validate the appropriate sub/contractor for equipment making (with Purchasing)
- Manage sub-contractor during test equipment development phase in vendor side.

- Follow up and report the schedule/risk/issue of the equipment making,
- Qualify equipment before shipment to Schneider plant or to other contract manufacturer.
- Final qualify test equipment with whole production system and transfer the responsibility of the equipment to manufacturing team.
- Handle test equipment job in transfer and localization projects. - Provide related training to other employee in plant sides.
资格
Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor's degree of Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field is required
- Fluent oral English, be good at English writing.
- Very good professional behavior and attitude.
- Strong individual capacities: leadership, communication, presentation skill, logical thinking, big picture thinking, technical and business judgment, self-awareness, achieve result, issue analysis, initiative.
- Work with passion.
- At least 3 years' experience relevant professional experience in electronic industry
- Multi-national company experience is prefered.
- Have automation and electric product knowledge and experience.
- Have strong mfg equipment system design & diagnostic experience, know product assembly process and mfg KPI.
- Have electronic product R&D experience is preferred.
- Have knowledge and experience of PCBA ICT test
- Know electronic FCT equipment market.
- Have strong knowledge of automation component, solution, and software, such as PLC, industrial PC, HMI, Lab-view, vision inspection (camera), other instruments.
- Labviewer+ teststand programming is a plus
