Payroll Specialist

• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with our external payroll provider
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and payroll partners
• Support process enhancements and support business transformation initiatives
• Ensure high-quality time, attendance, and absence reporting
• Provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services across the Nordics and Europe
• Support digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects
• Contribute to a strong, cross-country HR Services team

What will help you succeed:

• Experience in payroll administration, ideally in a global company
• Knowledge of Danish payroll and tax regulations (Nordic experience is a plus!)
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy
• A love for working with systems, data, and process optimization
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently
• Fluency in Danish and English (other Nordic languages are appreciated but not required)
• You're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• You enjoy working in diverse teams, are open to new ideas, and always looking for ways to grow and improve.
• Your structured approach and strong communication skills make you a trusted partner across the business.
