Payroll Manager - HR Services

Join our global HR Services organization as a Payroll Manager, where you will lead complex payroll operations and act as a champion of change, driving digitalization and transformation that impacts thousands of employees across multiple entities.

This role is ideal for a strong people leader who combines governance, payroll expertise, and emotional intelligence, and who thrives in a dynamic, regional environment.
What will you do:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing payroll team supporting blue- and white-collar populations at local and regional levels
  • Own end-to-end payroll operations, including complex calculations, taxes, statutory compliance, and governance
  • Drive digitalization and transformation initiatives, improving processes, controls, and system efficiency
  • Act as a key partner for regional and global stakeholders, ensuring service delivery aligned with SLAs and quality standards
  • Lead change management initiatives, serving as a trusted voice and influencer during transformation
  • Ensure strong collaboration with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain operational excellence
  • Contribute to long-term strategy and roadmap (e.g., Payroll vision toward 2027)

What will make you successful (Requirements):
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll operations in a large, global organization
  • English advanced
  • Solid knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience supporting both blue- and white-collar payroll populations
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, influence, and develop teams
  • Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and process optimization
  • Ability to balance logical thinking with emotional intelligence, especially in complex or high-pressure environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage and influence at senior levels
  • Experience working in regional or multi-country payroll environments
  • Comfortable operating in a governance-driven HR Services model
