Payment Services Specialist

Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity to join our Payment Services team as a Payment Services Specialist!

What will you do:

  • Serve as the primary program lead for assigned Payment Services customers, owning the end-to-end customer experience beginning in the implementation phase through the ongoing delivery
  • Act as the central point of contact for all payment-related inquiries, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring timely, high-quality support
  • Lead customer engagement through recurring performance reviews, delivering insights on service performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Own and communicate the narrative of service delivery, ensuring clear, consistent messaging while aligning customer expectations to defined service scope
  • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve payment, processing, and funding-related challenges, driving timely resolution and escalation when needed
  • Advocate for customers while maintaining program integrity by balancing customer needs with established service models and organizational priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, documenting pain points, and coordinating solutions, including management of programming requests and pricing validation

What will make you successful:
  • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a mind to process improvement
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong desire to research problems and issues with ability to follow-through to resolution and gain closure on open items
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written; fluency in other languages is an advantage; a confident telephone manner is a core requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understand energy industry terminology and standards (preferred)
