Partner Success Manager

Context:

Schneider Electric's Digital Grid business is a global leader in providing energy technology solutions for distribution utilities through our One Digital Grid Platform. Partners support our best-in-class strategy by enabling us to scale while we grow our software sales. Our ArcFM solutions and EcoStruxure ADMS software sit at the core of utility digital transformations, and partners play an increasingly critical role in prescribing solutions, and delivering outcomes enabled by our software.

We are hiring a Partner Success Manager for the North American region to act as a senior orchestrator across consulting and SI partners, internal sales teams, and delivery organization-ensuring partners can grow profitable software businesses with Schneider Electric while delivering consistent (referenceable) customer outcomes.

If you've managed partner relationships, built or run modernization practices at a system integrator or consulting firm, shaped GTM motions, or lived through the friction between vendors, sales, and delivery-this role is designed for you.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $165,000 - $181,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities and Tasks:

Leadership for NAM Partners

  • Own operational-level relationships with an ecosystem of system integrators, consulting partners, including full-accountability for Certified EcoXpert implementation partners
  • Manage executive-level relationships with our Registered and Certified partners with support from assigned Digital Grid/Schneider Electric Executive Sponsors and account teams.
  • Lead monthly partner business reviews, focused on:
    • Pipeline progression and deal shaping with Partner Channel Manager + Account Executives
    • Execution quality and referenceable customer success
    • Capability, capacity, and skills maturity with Partner Success Operations team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners on how to build profitable Digital Grid software practices

Go-To-Market & Deal Shaping
  • Partner with DG Sales to support early-stage opportunity shaping and software prescription
  • Help clarify and enforce partner-led vs. co-sell vs. direct delivery models, reducing friction and late-cycle conflicts
  • Support consistent RFP approaches, partner selection, and pursuit alignment
  • Advocate for partners internally while ensuring Schneider Electric's GTM principles are applied fairly and consistently
  • Able to operate in fast-changing environments (product updates, GTM shifts)

Partner Enablement (Beyond Training)
  • Shift partners from "trained" to execution-ready
  • Identify gaps in:
    • Technical depth
    • Delivery scalability
    • Advisory and design capability
  • Coordinate targeted enablement and support with Partner Success Operations and Product, RSC, and Global Education teams
  • Track individual accreditations and company certification and recertification aligned to real technical + commercial outcomes

Internal Orchestration & Change Leadership
  • Build strong relationships across DG Sales, RSC, Product, and Customer Success
  • Help drive the internal shift toward a partner‑led operating model
  • Act as the voice of the partner inside Digital Grid while managing expectations on both sides
  • Contribute insights to improve partner programs, guardrails, and playbooks


Internal Collaboration within Partner Success Organization
  • Collaborate with the other regional Partner Success Managers and adapt/share the things that are working.
  • Work with the other key stakeholders to ensure the partner feedback and lessons learned are shared across the organization to improve the program.

    • # Enabled Service Partners (SI scopes)
    • # Certified EcoXpert Partners (Implementation scopes)
  • % of Referenceable Customers on from Partner-led implementations

  • Orders through Partners

Required Experience
  • 10-15+ years in system integration, consulting, or partner-facing roles
  • Experience running or supporting software‑centric delivery or GTM programs
  • Strong commercial and delivery acumen-you understand how deals are shaped and executed
  • Comfortable operating in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments

Nice to Have
  • Utilities, ADMS, GIS, or critical infrastructure software experience
  • SaaS, integration, and data-intensive platform exposure
  • Experience partnering directly with hyperscalers, OEMs, or ISVs
