Panel Builder Sales Engineer & Operation

The PB Sales Engineer is responsible for developing Panel Builder and distributor business, achieving order and sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships across the Schneider Electric portfolio. The role combines commercial ownership with day-to-day sales operations, including order entry, delivery confirmation, CPQ quotation and configuration activities, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute account and channel sales plans to achieve booking, sales, revenue, margin, collection, and growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with Panel Builders, distributors, end users, contractors, and relevant sales, marketing, supply chain, and management teams.
- Identify new accounts, partners, projects, and uncovered business opportunities, and expand business within existing channels.
- Promote the value proposition of the Schneider Electric portfolio and coordinate with other sales teams to provide a consistent One Schneider customer experience.
- Recommend commercial terms and support customer agreement and contract discussions within company policy and approval processes.
- Sales Operations & Order Management
- Create and maintain customer quotations and product configurations in CPQ, ensuring correct product selection, configuration, pricing inputs, discount conditions, and quotation documentation.
- Enter, review, and follow up customer orders in the relevant order management system, verifying customer information, product codes, quantities, prices, requested dates, delivery addresses, and commercial terms.
- Confirm product availability and delivery schedules with Supply Chain, Customer Care, Logistics, and factories, and communicate committed dates and changes to customers promptly.
- Monitor open orders, backlog, delivery progress, shipment status, partial deliveries, delays, and order changes until completion.
- Coordinate order-related documents and issue resolution with Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and other relevant teams.
- Check order accuracy and support correction of discrepancies related to quotation, purchase order, sales order, pricing, configuration, or delivery information.
- Support invoicing and collection follow-up by coordinating necessary commercial documents and customer communications with Finance.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in CRM, CPQ, order management, and reporting tools in accordance with company processes.

- Collect market and project information and consolidate project lists, opportunities, and sales pipelines on a monthly basis.
- Prepare regular reports covering booking, sales, order status, backlog, delivery performance, customer activity, partner updates, market news, and key risks.
- Provide accurate forecasts and highlight gaps, delays, risks, and required actions to the Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate customer training, product seminars, campaign activities, and partner enablement programs with Marketing and product teams.
- Follow up agreed campaigns and initiatives and track customer response, opportunities, and business outcomes.
- Act as a primary contact for commercial and operational customer inquiries, ensuring timely communication and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively within a matrix organization and contribute to team bonding, knowledge sharing, and common business goals.
- Follow company policies, approval matrices, commercial rules, data quality requirements, and ethical standards in all sales and operational activities.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in channel sales, account management, electrical distribution, energy management, or power products is preferred.
- Knowledge of LV/MV products, Panel Builder business, project sales, and channel ecosystems is preferred.
- Hands-on capability in quotation, CPQ, order entry, delivery follow-up, CRM, and business reporting.
- Strong customer orientation, ownership, accuracy, coordination, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational and matrix organization.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
