Operator I, Warehouse Operations

Join our warehouse team and become part of a supply chain that delivers results every day. We're hiring a Warehouse Operations Operator who's ready to roll up their sleeves, work safely, and help us fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Primary responsibility involves movement (physical and transactional) of production material from one location/process to another as well as loading and unloading trucks.
  • Pick and pull of materials using standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing staff for listing the expected deliveries
  • Receives shipments and signs paperwork receipts
  • Note for any visual damage or shortage on delivery receipts
  • Verifies internal shipment and packages based on the packing list /qty and quality
  • Contact suppliers /buyers for any discrepancy
  • Label deliveries and allocate them to designated places
  • Maintain accurate records and helps in inventory control
  • FIFO inventory system
  • JDE knowledge
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Customer Orientation - developing level; ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time to meet customer expectations
  • Drives for Results - developing level; maintaining productivity standards while meeting daily operational targets
  • Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; following safety guidelines to protect yourself and your team
  • Problem Solving - foundational level; addressing routine issues that arise during daily warehouse tasks
  • Warehouse Management - foundational level; supporting inventory control and order preparation activities

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years material handling and/or warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with computer applications a definite plus
  • Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
