For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $168,800 - $253,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:

The Quality Excellence Leader for the C&SP segment drives end‑to‑end quality performance across countries, factories, and functions. In this role, you will lead the Warm‑to‑Cold Loop quality framework, ensure disciplined execution of root‑cause analysis, accelerate issue resolution, and build a unified approach to quality that eliminates recurring issues and improves customer experience. You will partner closely with LoBs, plants, CS&Q, Field Services, and regional teams to strengthen quality maturity across the entire value chain.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Cold Loop committee to capture, prioritize, analyze, and close recurring quality issues across all C&SP countries and factories
  • Ensure issues are routed to the right process owners and followed through to closure with clear accountability
  • Manage the seamless transition of Warm Loop escalations into the Cold Loop, monitoring recurrence rates and driving global corrective actions
  • Serve as the RCA/8D expert for the segment-training, coaching, and certifying teams on structured problem‑solving standards
  • Review RCA quality, enforce guidelines, and accelerate cycle time through governance and continuous coaching
  • Build and maintain RCA Quality Scoreboards measuring speed, effectiveness, and recurrence elimination
  • Define and deploy C&SP‑specific quality standards for testing, inspection, documentation, delivery, and assembly
  • Lead the C&SP Quality Community through monthly calls, dashboards, best practices, and playbook rollouts
  • Conduct periodic reviews with country CS&Q leaders and plant quality teams to evaluate progress
  • Drive predictive prevention using data analytics to detect early‑warning signals and propose preventive actions
  • Create dashboards that track issue recurrence, failure trends, plant and country performance, and RCA robustness
  • Champion a strong quality culture, ensuring countries adopt new standards, own their action plans, and meet global expectations
  • Build competency development paths for RCA leaders, quality analysts, and Cold Loop stakeholders
  • Launch initiatives that leverage AI to improve RCA quality and reduce cycle time
