Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and well-organized Office Administrator/PA who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is eager to learn, and can easily adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to management in daily business activities
• Supporting planning and coordination of office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• PA to the CGM (calendar management, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks)
• Organizing, coordinating, and supporting internal and external meetings, including scheduling, invitations, meeting room setup, logistics
• Planning and coordinating business travel and related logistics
• Managing visitor coordination end-to-end, ensuring a positive and well-organized experience from arrival to departure, including communication and information exchange
• Handling business correspondence in Croatian and English
• Organizing business meetings, lunches, and related coordination activities
• Coordinating accommodation, transportation, and other logistics for clients and business partners
• Experience in data analysis and report preparation is a plus, along with the ability to interpret numerical data and draw meaningful insights.
• Ensuring timely and accurate information flow between employees, clients, and business partners
• Supporting the planning and organization of corporate events and business-related gatherings
Requirements
• University degree (Bachelor's or higher) - all fields considered
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar administrative or office support role
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
