About the Role (Mission)
- The Offer Procurement Leader (OPL) is responsible for providing procurement leadership and support to end to end offer lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with global procurement strategies while delivering competitive cost, supply resilience, and supplier innovation.
- The role is responsible for driving sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management at the early stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring that procurement requirements are integrated early in project development.
- The OPL ensures effective risk management across the supply chain, including delivery, quality, and supplier capacity during project phases, while securing the best commercial conditions and protecting Schneider Electric's interests through robust contractual frameworks.
- This role includes a transversal responsibility to coordinate semiconductor supplier representatives, fostering collaboration to drive electronic excellence, innovation, negotiation support, and supply resilience, bringing additional value to projects and strengthening the company's competitiveness

What will you do?
- Project Procurement Leadership - Support to NPI projects, ensure alignment with supplier and category strategies and achieve project milestones
- Cost Competitiveness & Sourcing Strategy - Guide component and sub-assembly selection, Ensure competitive material cost to meet project BOM targets and Drive make-or-buy analysis
- Supplier Innovation & Market Intelligence - Identify new technologies and suppliers, provide market intelligence/ supplier insights and promote early supplier involvement and co-development
- Negotiation & Contract Management - Lead negotiations, coordinate with legal teams and key stakeholders to establish contracts and ensure contract terms cover pricing, delivery, IP protection, and risk mitigation
- Supply Chain Risk Management - Identify and manage supply chain risks (delivery, capacity, quality) during project phases and ensure supplier readiness for industrialization and production ramp-up
- Supplier Performance & Productivity - Manage suppliers ensuring performance in quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness. and drive supplier productivity initiatives to meet annual procurement productivity targets
- Transveral Responsibility (Semiconductor Ecosystem): Coordinate and manage semiconductor suppliers, drive electronic component excellence, and support strategic negotiations and supply resilience initiatives
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree in international business / Engineering / Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience (procurement, supply chain, sales, quality in an R&D driven, multinational company)
- Negotiation Skills & Project Management
- Fluent communication in spoken and written English
