You will join the Projects team, where we execute customer projects for energy management in East Asia and Japan.
Location: Kallang
Kick-start your career in Industrial Automation through a hands-on internship that offers real exposure to portfolio management and market strategy. Join our Industrial Automation team to support the development and enhancement of our offer portfolio, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our sales teams, partners, and customers while driving growth in the Singapore market.

What will you do?
- Support the qualification and development of sales opportunities by collaborating with pre-sales, sales teams, channel partners, and end users.
- Assist in developing and executing product positioning strategies for target market segments, leveraging Schneider Electric's product strengths and competitive market analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of new processes to streamline operations and reduce unnecessary backend work.
- Conduct pricing and competitive analysis for assigned product offerings to support strategic positioning and market competitiveness.
- Research, understand, and develop application notes aligned with Singapore market requirements, regulations, and customer needs.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Possess a structured and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to foster collaboration, build relationships, and network effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Have a fundamental understanding of Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and their industrial applications.
- Possess knowledge of automation components, including push buttons, pilot lights, signalling devices, and industrial relays on Human Machine Interface, Automation Control or Motion Control, and on Industrial Software.
