Shape the Future of Industrial Automation

We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy HMI‑iPC Offer Manager to drive growth, shape product strategy, and champion innovative solutions within our automation portfolio.

What will you do:

As the HMI‑iPC Offer Manager, you will lead the execution of marketing strategies for Schneider Electric's HMI‑iPC products, software platforms, networking products, and industrial process optimization solutions. This role blends technical depth, market insight, and strong communication skills to ensure we deliver solutions aligned with customer needs and long‑term automation strategies.

You'll partner closely with global and local teams, gather market intelligence, support offer launches, and build the tools and content that enable commercial success across Canada.

Portfolio & Offer Management

  • Own and manage a portfolio of Schneider Electric HMI‑iPC products, software platforms, networking solutions, and associated software.
  • Lead country-level launches of Schneider Process Systems, aligning services and support teams to deliver cohesive market-ready solutions.
  • Support product development planning, including objective-setting, scheduling, and pricing strategies for assigned product lines.

Go‑to‑Market Execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and strategy across marketing, sales, programs, and technical teams.
  • Work with the Programs team to design and execute segment-specific marketing programs, campaigns, and events.
  • Develop engaging presentations, demos, training sessions, and customer-facing seminars tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Create and adapt marketing collateral that elevates the offer and supports customer engagement.


Market Intelligence & Product Lifecycle Leadership
  • Develop and maintain an effective Product Life Marketing Plan across all product areas, championing best practices.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and sub‑segment dynamics to proactively drive action plans.
  • Gather customer feedback and market data to inform global teams and influence long-term product roadmaps.


What will make you successful:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or an Electrical/Electronics diploma with relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control, automation products, and software platforms.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the industrial or automation sector.
  • Deep understanding of automation markets and customer buying behaviors.
  • Proven sales or business development experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, presentation capabilities, and influential communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across Canada and internationally as required


What's in it for you:

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $91,200-$136,800 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determ ined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determ ined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers an inclusive benefits package to supp ort al l of our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, pension matching, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, and more.
