Offer Manager - Busway Medium & High Power
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are looking for a talented Offer Manager to lead our Busway Offer, both medium and high power busway. This role will be instrumental in organizing our portfolio around power distribution within our industrial, commercial, and data center space. This Offer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for Busway, while managing the 4Ps of marketing to drive business growth and customer value.
What will you do:
- Develop, communicate and execute the strategic roadmap for the Busway offerings, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
- Drive the development of a comprehensive Busway portfolio for the United States including medium and high power busway (design and execution) while ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, sales, and marketing communications to ensure successful lifecycle management of Busway related offers and solutions.
- Manage the 4Ps of marketing (product, price, place, and promotion) to effectively position and promote Busway offerings in the market, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Collaborate with other Schneider business units to ensure they are enabled and empowered to use Busway offers in their business.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities.
- Define value propositions and differentiate our Busway offerings in the marketplace.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide training, tools, and support to enable successful commercialization and sales of Busway.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, marketing, or business development within the power distribution industry.
- Good understanding of power distribution in industrial, commercial, and data center spaces.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Experience in managing the 4Ps of marketing and driving successful go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
