Are you passionate about driving business growth through innovative technology and digital transformation? Schneider Electric is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Offer Manager to develop and manage our Industrial Automation and Digital Power portfolio across the Baltic countries.

In this role, you will own the offer strategy and portfolio lifecycle, working at the intersection of technology, sales, and market development, helping customers improve efficiency, sustainability, and business performance through innovative solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to influence market development across the Baltics, collaborate with international teams, and work with technologies driving Industry 4.0 and the energy transition.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Industrial Automation and Digital Power growth strategy across the Baltic countries.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging business trends.
  • Manage the portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from market introduction and growth to optimization and phase-out.
  • Work closely with sales teams, customers, partners, consultants, and system integrators to drive business growth.
  • Support offer positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and technology trends, translating insights into business opportunities.
  • Support business planning through market analysis, offer performance monitoring, and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure high-quality offer information and sales enablement materials are available to support customer engagement and business growth.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and support capability development across local teams.
  • Collaborate with international business units and stakeholders to align Baltic market needs with Schneider Electric's strategic priorities.


What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, marketing, sales, offer management or a similar role.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Balanced strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel across the Baltic countries.
  • Location Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn (with hybrid work posibility).


What makes you a strong candidate?
  • Knowledge in Industrial Automation, Digital Power, Energy Management, Electrical Distribution, or related industries.
  • Experience working with industrial customers, OEMs, infrastructure projects, system integrators, consultants, or energy-related businesses.
  • Expertise in product portfolio management, including strategy, lifecycle management, and market positioning.
  • Go-to-market strategy development experience.
  • Ability working across international and multicultural teams.

Annual salary ranges: Estonia and Latvia 43,000-54,000; Lithuania 60,000-75,000. Salary offers reflect local country market practices and taxation.
