As Schneider Electric continues to accelerate its digital transformation, this role will help define and scale a new category of software offers based on openness, interoperability, and commercial flexibility. These offers are intended to address customer needs beyond traditional system-led models by enabling software to integrate third-party hardware, external applications, and broader digital ecosystems. The role is central to establishing a credible and differentiated software play in the market, with clear ownership across market validation, offer strategy, business case development, roadmap shaping, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch performance. The Offer Leader - Integrated Platform will work closely with strategy, product, commercial, marketing, regional teams, and partner-facing organizations; along with CTO & PMO group to turn this ambition into a scalable business. Success in this role will require strong product and business leadership, a customer-first and ecosystem-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving and cross-functional environment.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $185,000 - $210,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Primary Responsibilities



Offer Vision, Strategy, and Business Planning

  • Define and evolve the vision, value proposition, and multi-year roadmap for Schneider Electric's integrated software platform across building, power, and energy domains.
  • Articulate the integrated platform strategy, including interoperability principles, platform boundaries, data models, and ecosystem participation.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities through Voice of Customer, commercial insights, and competitive and technology trend analysis.
  • Build robust business cases, including market assumptions, revenue potential, investment rationale, and monetization models (e.g., SaaS, packaging, software-only pricing, hardware decoupling principles).

Offer Definition and Prioritization
  • Own end-to-end offer definition, translating market and customer insights into prioritized product requirements, epics, and release outcomes.
  • Define differentiated capabilities across interoperability (open protocols, third-party integration, APIs), engineering tools, and AI-native features to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Establish clear prioritization frameworks balancing customer value, strategic differentiation, technical feasibility, and financial impact.
  • Ensure a scalable and coherent experience across customers, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.


Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Finance, Support and Commercial teams from concept through launch.
  • Establish clear governance, decision rights, and operating cadence to drive alignment, speed, and accountability.
  • Drive execution through integrated plans, milestones, and risk management, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Enable platform and operational readiness for scale, including interoperability, ecosystem integration, packaging, and SaaS operating capabilities.

Go-to-Market, Ecosystem Activation, and Performance
  • Define and drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launch plans in collaboration with commercial and enablement teams.
  • Enable sales and partners through clear value propositions, demos, and commercial frameworks for software-led and ecosystem-driven offers.
  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, adoption across heterogeneous environments, ecosystem expansion, customer engagement) to measure success.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops from customers, partners, and regions to inform ongoing improvements and roadmap evolution.

Desired Skills and Competencies
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Offer Management, or related leadership roles in B2B software, IoT, building management systems, power management systems, industrial software, or digital platforms.
  • Strong experience in defining and scaling software offers, ideally including open platforms, ecosystem-led models, interoperability strategies, or hardware/software decoupling initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with execution discipline, including business case development, roadmap definition, launch planning, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of software platform architecture concepts relevant to the role, including APIs, open protocols, integration patterns, third-party interoperability, and ecosystem enablement.
  • Experience with commercial model design for software and SaaS businesses, including pricing, monetization, packaging, and go-to-market implications.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and coordinate globally across technical, strategic, and commercial functions.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into focused recommendations and decisions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to articulate a strategic vision and translate it into aligned action across multiple audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, build-from-scratch, and transformational environments, with a pragmatic and outcomes-oriented mindset.
  • International and multi-cultural mindset, with the maturity and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across geographies and functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
