Are you ready to take ownership of a high-impact role that blends data leadership with strategic influence?
At Schneider Electric, we're looking for an Offer Data Domain Leader BeNe to drive excellence in product data governance across our digital ecosystem in the BeNe zone (Belgium & Netherlands). This is more than a technical role, it's a strategic position at the heart of our digital transformation, shaping how data powers business, customer experience, and market success.
Why This Role Matters
As the Offer Data Domain Leader, you'll be the strategic owner of product data quality, governance, and integration. Your mission: ensure that every product we bring to market is backed by clean, structured, and compliant data delivered on time and aligned with both global and local standards.

- Define and implement data governance rules and RACI models with Zone and Offer Marketing Managers.
- Govern data publication across platforms (PIM, EDMS/DAM, web, 2BA), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Translate global governance frameworks into actionable local strategies.
- Lead governance discussions with senior stakeholders (e.g. Marketing Directors) to shape future rules and processes.
🔹 Excellence & Standardization
- Act as the guardian of product data quality for the BeNe zone.
- Ensure compliance with global domain standards and the 4 Data Golden Rules.
- Drive standardization initiatives to improve data usability across digital tools.
- Oversee translation management and ensure multilingual data quality across all products.
🔹 Validation & Continuous Improvement
- Lead end-to-end data flow testing to ensure post-launch quality.
- Ensure accurate data propagation to systems like CPQ, ERP, and BFS.
- Monitor and report on the transformation of non-standardized offers in line with the Offer Standardization Playbook.
🔹 Strategic Data Quality Initiatives
- Execute local actions to streamline databases, remove obsolete offers, and support product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with global teams (BU, marketing, India-based support) to align on governance and execution.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, product data management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with Dutch or French.
- Strong understanding of product data quality, metadata management, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience with PIM systems is a plus.
- Ability to influence, lead discussions, propose solutions, and drive alignment.
- Experience in large organizations with global and local collaborations.
