Become the trusted Sensors Specialist for Inductive, Photoelectric, Capacitive, Limit Switch, Pressure , Ultrasonic, RFID, Machine Safety and accessories.

• 充分了解目标行业市场的状况深入学习并掌握目标应用在自己负责的区域内 制定策略和行动计划并做好执行

Understand and master local targeted market situation, in-depth understanding of the targeted application, define local business strategy / action plan and get it executed.

• 在区域范围内主动寻找新的业务机会开发并培育重点客户推动已在跟踪机会尽快落单完成销售指标

Proactively discover new application opportunities, develop & nurture key account customers, efficiently move existing opportunities from Discovery to Closure in the Sales Funnel, and achieve sales target.

• 与我们的合作伙伴保持紧密的业务关系通过与内外部的沟通和协同工作 确保我们的客户满意

Collaborate with all internal & external business stakeholders closely working with our partners to make sure our customers are satisfied with our product and services.

Quickly follow up on and engage all application inquiries and other leads.

Learn about and promote New Products.

Travel for internal meetings, product training and Industry trade shows is required. Opportunity to Travel for training and factory engagement.

资格

• 工程相关专业本科以上毕业自动化专业优先

Bachelor above degree in Engineering , Automation preferred .

• 工业自动化领域三年以上的 OEM渠道或EU销售工作经验,

Minimum 3 yrs experience in selling and account management in Industrial Automation to OEMs, Channel or End Users.

• 自我激励与管理能力强工作积极主动认真负责

An aggressive self-starter with a conscience who can thrive on limited supervision and get the job done.

• 心态开放结果导向不断学习

Open minded, result oriented and permanent learner is the quality that we are looking for.

• 熟练使用 Microsoft office软件

Laptop proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

• 有传感器从业经验者优先

Experience with various sensor technologies is a plus!
