In this role, you will lead the project execution team for the multi-business-unit projects in the Cloud and Service Provider segments with a focus on Secure Power. You'll be building and empowering a high-performing team to deliver innovative solutions for complex Data Centre projects. You'll work closely with customers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional customer satisfaction, and strong collaboration across global teams.
You will drive the tendering team that support our sales forces to provide the best value added solution to our customers.

What you'll do
- Drive alignment with the Secure Power Commercial Strategy by providing visionary leadership, building an engaged and high-performing organization, and developing a clear roadmap to ensure the right competencies across all stages of the Data Centre lifecycle.
- Ensure timely and compliant implementation of all system business solutions secured by the Nordic & Baltic business in the cloud and service provider segment delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Engage directly with customers on the most complex projects, representing the full Data Centre opportunity-including Schneider Electric hardware, software, services, and relevant third-party solutions.
- Foster seamless collaboration between Country-Cluster Application Center teams and key stakeholders across Countries, Zones, Regions, Segments, Businesses, Global Solutions, and Strategic Accounts.
- Lead efficient resource management during project execution, ensuring adherence to best practices, governance, and tools, while managing team delivery from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Support the Nordic Baltic Zone CS&P segment lead during country cadence calls to define and follow up on action plans for key opportunities, and contribute at the sales stage by assessing project timelines and resource planning.
- Proactively manage solution business risks during execution, ensuring accurate risk coverage and mitigation, with a strong focus on effective implementation of contract, claim, and change order management processes for the Cloud and Service Provider segment.

Essential for the Role
- Extensive experience in building engaged and collaborative teams and guiding them to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Suitable educational background such as degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Robust network and understanding of the Nordic Baltic Cloud & service provider market landscape with an understanding of Data Centre design and concepts for the infrastructure layer
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and dynamic approach to business development
- Passionate about building networks and tailoring offers to customer requirements
- Effective communication skills in English, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
