As a Segment Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in our Marketing team, working alongside 17 colleagues and collaborating across the organization. We're a team that is passionate about what we do and values having fun and a positive atmosphere - that's very important to us!
Marketing is a fully digital department and a vital driver of our customer relationships, sales efforts, and overall commercial success.
In this role, you will develop and deploy comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate growth in targeted segments and end-user accounts. You will collaborate with business units, sales teams, and channel marketing colleagues to create campaigns that resonate with customers and drive adoption of our full portfolio of solutions.

- Segment Strategy Development: Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market insights and customer trends.
- Segment Marketing Campaigns: Plan and deliver targeted campaigns for segments such as Buildings (Healthcare, Real Estate) and through partners. Utilize digital platforms, events, and compelling content to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design tailored campaigns for high-value accounts in close collaboration with Sales.
- Community Engagement: Animate and coordinate a Nordic community of channel marketers, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with internal stakeholders and key accounts to create impactful customer stories.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
What will help you succeed:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a multi-country or regional role.
- Strong understanding of segment marketing and account-based marketing principles.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Digital marketing expertise and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- You are great at collaborating with business stakeholders, colleagues and other stakeholders.
