We are looking for passionate graduates to join our Nordic Graduate Program, a journey focused on your education and your professional and personal development. As a Schneider Electric graduate, you will work with skilled colleagues on real-life cases supporting the sustainable energy agenda.
What we are looking for
You are a recently graduated student with a degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Business, ready to be part of a high‑performance team. You must be proficient in English and Norwegian, both in speech and writing.
We hope you are curious, eager to learn, and ready to apply your theoretical knowledge to challenge yourself, and us. This requires commitment, knowledge sharing, and a willingness to grow.

Graduate responsibilities
This year we are looking for graduates in the following areas:
Associate Project Manager
Apply your engineering expertise to support the technical execution of Building Management System projects. Collaborate with teams to design sustainable solutions and ensure project success.
Project Coordinator
Lead small package projects within our Application Center while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams.
Project Engineer
Manage small and medium projects, oversee scope, schedule, and budget, build customer relationships, conduct risk assessments, and manage profitability and forecasting.
Solution Architect
Use your in-depth understanding of customer processes and applications to design datacenter electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Work closely with Sales, Application Centers, and Line of Business teams to deliver strong, differentiated value.
Technical Sales - Secure Power
Support customers by selling UPS, cooling systems, and other critical power solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining reliable energy systems for our customers.
