We are looking for passionate graduates for our Nordic Graduate Program, a development journey focused on your education and your professional and personal growth. As a graduate at Schneider Electric, you will work alongside highly skilled and collaborative colleagues on real-life projects supporting the sustainable energy agenda.

What we are looking for

You are a recently graduated student with a degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Business, ready to join a high‑performance team. You must be proficient in English and Danish, both spoken and written.

We hope you are curious and eager to learn, and excited to apply your academic knowledge to challenge yourself and us. This requires dedication, willingness to contribute, and active participation in knowledge sharing and development.

Program duration: September 2026 - May 2027

Location: Denmark

Extra: This is a paid graduate program, and you will continue your career with Schneider Electric after its completion.

Graduate responsibilities

This year we are looking for graduates in the following areas:

Associate Project Manager

Join our team as an Associate Project Manager! Use your electrical engineering skills to support the technical execution of Building Management System projects. You'll collaborate with project teams, design solutions, and contribute to energy‑efficient and sustainable outcomes.

Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will lead small package projects within our Application Center. You'll manage execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with suppliers and colleagues while ensuring compliance and protecting company interests.

Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will manage small and medium projects, ensuring they stay within scope, schedule, and budget. You'll build strong customer relationships, conduct risk assessments, identify opportunities, and manage project profitability, including forecasting and cash flow.

Tender Engineer

In this position, you will develop winning bids for our Secure Power business. You will conceptualize and design technical solutions, review tender documents, negotiate with subcontractors, and ensure QA compliance. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen bid conditions and participate in customer meetings.

Tender Manager

As a Tender Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end tendering process for complex, high‑value projects. You will coordinate across multiple business units, ensuring proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with customer expectations and company objectives.
