Network integration engineer

The role aims to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction across all APC Japan products.
It involves delivering professional installation services in the field, alongside providing training and work instructions to service partners.
What will you do:
- Installation of APC products at customer sites (network monitoring configuration, server software installation, etc.)
- Post-installation functional testing of APC products (alert notification verification, automatic shutdown operation confirmation)
- Providing customers with briefings on basic product operation and troubleshooting procedures
- Technical support for partner companies, including creation of technical documentation, delivery of training, operational management, and continuous improvement of work quality
- Preparation of internal technical documentation, procedure manuals, and various reports
- Handling customer requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Conducting product evaluations and providing feedback to the manufacturing department

Essential Requirements
- Experience in network integration
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Information Technology Engineer Examination (Fundamental Information Technology Engineer)
While the certification itself is not mandatory, equivalent knowledge is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Information Technology Engineer Examination (Applied Information Technology Engineer) certification
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent certifications
- Experience in network maintenance and management
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with information and communications technology (ICT), AI, IoT, and information security
