The Business
Our Channel and Partner business is the engine room of our commercial success, delivering energy distribution and digital solutions through a network of contractors, consultants, design firms, distribution partners, and EcoXpert partners.

The Channel & Partner business delivers:

  • Low-voltage distribution products including circuit breakers, switchgear, and smart panels
  • Digitally enabled solutions powered by EcoStruxure and our Partner Portal
  • Segment-specific offerings tailored to commercial buildings, infrastructure, and industrial applications

The Role
We're looking for a national leader to join our Channel and Partner Business. This position owns the Design Firm go-to-market channel.

The National Design Firm Manager will lead a team of channel sales professionals across Australia and embed yourself into the Channel and Partner business, and become a key member of this Senior Leadership Team.

Your mission: execute and deliver on the channel sales strategy, coach your team on sales excellence, and elevate our key account approach at an enterprise level.

This role is about momentum and delivery. The strategy is in place, the foundations are strong, and now it's time to bring it to life.

Our national channel strategy is built on strong relationships, technical prescription, and partner enablement. You'll work with design firms and consultants across the country, helping them transition to smarter, more sustainable energy solutions - turning ambition into action.

You'll be responsible for executing a national strategy in alignment with Pacific Zone and global priorities. You'll represent Schneider Electric at an enterprise level - not just as a supplier, but as a strategic advisor and transformation partner.

About You

You're a commercially minded leader who thrives on execution and delivery. You're curious, innovative, and passionate about sustainability. You understand the energy landscape and see the opportunity in digitisation and electrification.

You bring:
  • Proven experience in national or enterprise-level sales leadership
  • A track record of achieving targets and enabling team success
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinking and high-level problem-solving capability
  • Experience as a change agent, with the ability to influence and deliver outcomes
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, and a passion for customer experience
