For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.
The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric is looking to hire a North America Strategy & Commercial Operations (NAMSCO) Program Specialist Intern!
Position Overview:
NAMSCO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for a yearlong internship. The primary focus of this internship is to support the launch, tracking, measurement, and ongoing evolution of the NAMSCO Onboarding program. The role also offers exposure to critical functions such as Strategy, Pricing, Sales Operations, Operational Excellence, and Business Transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving impactful initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the launch of the NAMSCO Onboarding program, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
- Develop a continuous learning path for NAMSCO employees.
- Track participation, engagement, and success metrics for the onboarding program, developing regular reports for leadership review.
- Measure program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative feedback, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
- Evolve the onboarding process by researching best practices, synthesizing data, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize new hire experiences.
- Contribute to project work in areas such as company strategy, pricing analysis, sales operations enhancements, operational excellence initiatives, and business transformation projects.
- Support project managers and team leads with data gathering, analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, and/or Sales.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools and AI is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, video creation and editing, graphic design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in project and program management, business strategy, process improvement, and/or organizational change management.
