Job Description/Position Overview:
We're looking for a Marketing League Leader-a dynamic, passionate, and creative force who thrives at the intersection of product marketing and product management. In this multi‑functional role, you will lead end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for our Modular Data Center offers across the European and International regions.

You will report to the DCS Offer Marketing Manager and ideally be based in Barcelona, Spain (alternative locations may be considered).
What You'll Own and Lead:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Develop and lead the product marketing strategy shaped by customer insights, sales team needs, market trends, and global strategic priorities.
• Partner with regional business development leaders to ensure alignment with activities across Europe and International markets.
Product Launch & Lifecycle Excellence
• Define and manage product launch requirements, ensuring smooth collaboration with Product Management.
• Scope, direct, and manage marketing projects throughout the entire lifecycle-from new development to regional promotions.
Sales Enablement & Storytelling
• Create impactful, high-value sales tools, presentations, and assets that differentiate our solutions and communicate customer value.
• Support key internal initiatives including sales training, collateral development, and documentation updates.
Market Insight & Thought Leadership
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends.
• Strengthen our voice in the market by shaping thought leadership and elevating MDC messaging across campaigns, events, and digital channels.
Global Collaboration
• Work seamlessly with global marketing, segment leaders, and regional teams to ensure consistent, powerful, and integrated messaging worldwide.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Modular Data Centers in the European and International regions.
