1. As leader, to define AM/PM standard to organize the schedule of maintenance, prevent maintenance and improve all equipment

2. To check technician's preventive & predictive task completion

To take charge of indicators as PM realization in process and IE/NEE to limit breakdown time

Maintenance & improvement

1. Guarantee the long-term efficiency and the reliability of all equipment

2. Data analysis of Andon &LDS system to find the potential opportunities to setup CI project to improvements

To manage MTBF, MTTR, breakdown rate as target level

M aintenance spare parts stock level and budget

1. To manage and control the maintenance spare parts stock level with the help of the maintenance assistant

2. To manage & control the maintenance budget on monthly basis

To update spare part qty or ref base on machine situation
