Methods Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.
- Develop, implement, and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure timely execution of work orders and equipment repairs.
- Minimize downtime through effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for needed materials.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Lead root cause investigations (RCA) for recurring asset failures.
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to implement process and equipment improvements.
- Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and internal safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment files, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
- Track and optimize maintenance costs while improving asset reliability.
- Oversee vendor contracts and manage external service providers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance leadership.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation knowledge.
- Experience with CMMS systems (SAP)
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or reliability methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of maintenance experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant certifications (CMRP, CRL, PMP) are advantageous.
