Methods Engineer

Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Methods Engineer. Professional and drive operational excellence through innovative solutions and strategic leadership!

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.

• Develop, implement, and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure timely execution of work orders and equipment repairs.
• Minimize downtime through effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for needed materials.

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead root cause investigations (RCA) for recurring asset failures.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to implement process and equipment improvements.
• Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and internal safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment files, and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

• Track and optimize maintenance costs while improving asset reliability.
• Oversee vendor contracts and manage external service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance leadership.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation knowledge.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP)
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or reliability methodologies is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of maintenance experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant certifications (CMRP, CRL, PMP) are advantageous.
