Method Engineer

Join our manufacturing operations team as a Warehouse Engineer and make a tangible impact on how we run our facilities. You'll develop strategies that improve safety, efficiency, and productivity while working closely with teams to implement meaningful change.

What will you do?

• Design and implement strategies to meet health, safety, environmental, quality, and productivity goals
• Develop clear work instructions and deliver training to ensure teams execute processes effectively
• Drive continuous improvement projects using lean principles to optimize warehouse operations
• Oversee storage capacity management and partner with suppliers on logistics optimization initiatives

• Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; analyzing workflows to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
