For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $68,000 - $102,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Join our dynamic team as a Business Process Quality Professional (MRB Leader) and help drive excellence in project execution and product quality. In this role, you will lead quality assurance initiatives while managing the disposition of nonconforming materials through the Material Review Board (MRB) process. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, minimizing operational disruptions, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
This position combines strategic quality management with hands-on problem-solving, offering the opportunity to influence business processes, improve performance, and support continuous improvement across the organization.
What Will You Do:
Quality & Process Excellence
- Lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives during project execution to ensure deliverables meet established standards
- Implement and oversee quality management strategies while monitoring key project performance metrics
- Develop and maintain business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications
- Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) process for nonconforming materials
- Determine disposition (use-as-is, rework, repair, or scrap) based on quality and compliance requirements
- Ensure timely processing of nonconformances to prevent production delays
- Collaborate with stakeholders from tendering through execution to identify and mitigate quality risks
- Facilitate MRB meetings with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
- Partner with project teams to ensure on-time delivery while meeting customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records in QMS and ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality procedures
- Document MRB decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Evaluate the impact of nonconformances on functionality, safety, and compliance
- Drive root cause analysis using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D)
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track trends
- Assess product risk, implement containment actions, and escalate critical issues as needed
- Proven experience in business process improvement and quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or project environment
- Strong understanding of MRB processes, nonconformance handling, and material control
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with QMS and ERP systems and quality compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound decisions
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and CAPA processes
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes across teams
