Marketing Strategy Intern
Kick-start your marketing career with a hands-on internship that offers real responsibility and meaningful learning. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Strategy Intern to join Schneider Electric's Industrial Automation Services & Advisory team in our Raleigh, NC hub office. The intern will support strategic growth initiatives for the Advanced Digital Solutions portfolio and gain firsthand experience in B2B marketing, offer commercialization, and business strategy.
Working directly with the League Marketing Leader, the intern will contribute to market analysis, growth strategy development, competitive positioning, and go-to-market planning. This role provides exposure to senior business leaders and the processes used to drive commercial decision-making in a global industrial technology organization.
What will you do?
- Support development of go-to-market strategies for new digital service offerings.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Develop value propositions and differentiated competitive positioning.
- Analyze business performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Create executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in development of sales enablement content and commercialization plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, offer management, and strategy leaders.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Pursuing a undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, pricing, and value proposition development.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and ownership of deliverables.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and presenting recommendations.
- Cross-cultural collaboration experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 23.00 - USD 27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
