The Marketing Operations Program Manager plays a critical role in how effectively our marketing strategy translates into measurable commercial impact. This role sits at the center of planning, performance, and financial governance for the Strategic and Portfolio Marketing organization.
What will you do:
Marketing Operations & Program Governance ( 25%)
- Own the end-to-end marketing operating cadence across strategic and portfolio marketing teams
- Establish and manage standardized processes for annual planning, quarterly execution, and monthly performance reviews

- Serve as the operational backbone for strategic marketing managers, enabling focus on strategy and storytelling while you ensure execution rigor
- Translate strategic priorities into executable programs, timelines, and dependencies
- Own marketing planning and execution tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable , or similar platforms
- Design scalable project plans, workflows, and templates that reduce friction and improve visibility
- Continuously improve systems and processes to increase speed, accuracy, and accountability
- Develop and own a communications program to keep stakeholders informed of Marketing priorities, and seek opportunities to collaborate across teams.
Budget Management & Financial Discipline (10%)
- Own marketing budget management across portfolio and strategic campaigns, including planning, tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain detailed budget models in Excel with clear rollups by portfolio, program, and initiative
- Partner with finance and marketing leadership to ensure spend aligns with business priorities and ROI expectations
- Introduce financial discipline by identifying underperforming investments and reallocating budget accordingly
Campaign & Performance Management (20%)
- Oversee campaign performance tracking across strategic marketing initiatives and portfolio programs
- Define and maintain marketing performance dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards across funnel stages
- Ensure consistent measurement of pipeline contribution, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify performance gaps and work with marketing managers to course-correct execution
Portfolio Marketing Enablement (50%)
- Support portfolio marketing execution by coordinating campaign implementation, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
- Ensure portfolio programs are operationally sound, launch-ready, and aligned to agreed success metrics
- Act as the connective tissue between portfolio strategy, campaign execution, and performance reporting

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date) , opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

- 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or revenue operations
- Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations, preferably in complex, matrixed environments
- Exposure to portfolio marketing, integrated campaigns, or solution marketing strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field
