The Opportunity

Our diverse Services business provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers, support for the resources sector and just about everything in-between. Our Schneider Electric portfolio covers UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring as well as a wide range of ancillary equipment. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.

Joining us in this newly created role as Marketing Leader - Services, you will be a key leader within our Services business and play a critical role in our ongoing growth and success. This pivotal senior leadership position will see you leading a team of specialists as you lead the design and execution of marketing strategies across our growing Services operations.

Collaborating with our Leaders, providing specialist support to varied stakeholder groups and utilising your broader team of passionate professionals, this is a career-defining role that will see you focused on strategic initiatives that will drive our ongoing growth across markets that are calling for our expertise.

• Create and execute a variety of strategic initiatives across the Marketing spectrum, supporting a diverse/specialist product portfolio.
• Leverage and promote a market leading brand as you lead others and focus on driving Demand Generation and related activities in order to ensure a strong pipeline of future opportunities.

• Execute successful "Go To" market strategies, adapting bespoke value propositions, monitoring offer performance and ensuring activities are directly aligned to our business objectives.
• Lead and manage the installed base data as you proactively partner with our Sales teams to support our Customers on life-cycle management through different service plans.
• Liaise with local stakeholders, partner with our Leaders and collaborate with varied country teams to optimise Customer coverage and maximise growth opportunities.
• Provide a depth of subject matter expertise, strategic direction and insights that leverages your knowledge and specialist experience, while making a strategic impact on our growing operations.
• Mentor others and provide ongoing development pathways within an organisation that will value your mastery while supporting our Early Career professionals (Graduates/Interns).
• Travel domestic and international when required.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing coupled with proven experience at a senior leadership level, ideally within a similar large-scale organisation.
• A specialist Marketing Leader with proven success in strategic Marketing that has provided a direct link to business growth and success.
• Strategy, Demand Generation and Leadership will be key profile features and crucial foundations for you to navigate a complex operating environment.
• You will be known for your close stakeholder relationships that has seen you achieve outcomes through collaborative partnerships.
• Commercially astute, innovative in your approach and a true growth mindset will combine as key strengths as you maintain a curiosity that fuels your business knowledge and broader impact on the organisation.
• Experience working within global or adjacent markets/products/services will be viewed favourably and will be ideal foundations for your success.
• Those with additional postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favourably (Masters, MBA etc.).
