For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $100,693 - $138,500 per year. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric IT Corporation seeks a Market Research Analyst in Boston, MA.

Job Description: Research and analyze target customer (IT Solution Provider) preferences and challenges and customer buying behaviors to feed into the customer journey mapping. Support in building nuanced customer personas, developing Uninterruptible Power Supply product and portfolio messaging, spotting gaps in competitor messaging, positioning and concise value propositions based on personas and route to market. Assist in developing launch strategy, planning, timelines and more to ensure maximum impact of our marketing assets. Create and administer a launch effectiveness survey, then analyze and report the results twice a year to evaluate the effectiveness of launch planning during the period. Create marketing and sales enablement kits utilizing the latest AI marketing tools to help sales teams and channel partners sell more products and solutions. Assist with the creation of culturally appropriate and localized marketing campaigns and tell compelling stories and customer successes that help new offer ramp-up in regions. Support and provide input for the production/editing of A+, E+ and Rich Media Content for E-commerce syndication across regions. Collect, compile and organize technical document kits. Draft video content storyboarding, guide 3rd party agencies in developing videos and lifestyle creatives and appear & present in product content such as promotional and training videos. Assist in shaping the T&E portfolio digital journey (landing pages, CaaS product range pages, product selection journey) on SE.com. Create marketing content for AI Data Center White Space and DCIM for senior leadership. Eligible for remote work 2 dys/wk.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related field and 4 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, or related occupation, which must include at least some education or experience in the following skills: Translating complex technical information regarding uninterruptible power supply and data center infrastructure into convincing marketing content with solid value propositions using copywriting skills, UI/UX tools (Figma, Wireframing + Prototyping, User Journey Mapping, Information Architecture, User Testing, A/B Testing, User Surveys), and internal tools (OLM, PIM, Offer DAM, Aprimo, ContentSquare, Sprinklr, Looker Studio, Workfront, PRM Portal); Launching new products from start to finish and product lifecycle management using critical professional skills (Agile Project Management, Video Storyboarding & Scripting, Creative Direction [for photo and video shoots], Editorial Writing, SEO, Thought Leadership Strategy, Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management, Technical Sales Collateral, Product Content Syndication, CaaS Creation); Creating and managing marketing content using standard tools (Adobe PhotoShop, Creative Cloud, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and AI tools (Synesthesia, CoPilot, Canva, Anyword); Collaborating with other functions and teams using Cloud Based Data Access Software such as Google Drive, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams; and

Accessing and using Tableau software for data visualization.
