Manufacturing Quality Supervisor

About the Role
As a Senior Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a key player in driving high-quality production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management practices while supporting both manufacturing and supplier-related quality topics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical problem‑solving, cross-functional collaboration, and leading quality improvements in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Define quality assurance guidelines, objectives and manage internal audits.
- Monitor production quality performance and initiate immediate actions when KPIs show deviation.
- Support SIM2 daily production meetings and ensure quick corrective responses.
- Analyze manufacturing and customer quality issues, lead root-cause investigations (8D).
- Define, monitor and follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead complex, system-level quality improvement projects.
- Provide product quality feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Support production and incoming quality teams in addressing supplier-related issues detected on the production line.
- Stop production or delivery when necessary to prevent quality risks.
- Coordinate and develop the assigned quality team, including coaching and performance monitoring.
- Review and follow up on individual development plans.
- Represent the manufacturing quality team during customer audits, manage escalations.
- Actively contribute to new product introduction processes (PMP).
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Quality).
- Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process development.
- Experience in team coordination or leadership roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Lean principles.
- Deep understanding of 8D methodology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Proactive mindset and strong problem‑solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
