Manufacturing Quality Specialist (Contractor)

Join our dynamic Manufacturing Quality team and drive excellence in product quality! We're seeking a passionate Manufacturing Quality Specialist to ensure exceptional standards across our manufacturing operations.
What will you do:
- Control quality in process of transfer (PTR, mass production).
- Ensure operators follow procedure/ work instructions.
- Lead to review MDR (Manufacturing defect rate), deploy to implement corrective actions to drive MDR meet target.
- Update defect library whenever new defect happened.
- Qualify component/process at supplier (Transfer project).
- Deploy, review and qualify component, process at supplier.
- Update PPEP (follow up SE requirement)
- Highlight critical point need to be controlled for supplier/incoming.
- Quality PTR at supplier.
- Review and approve control plan of supplier.
- Outgoing product (Transfer project).
- Monthly review PRR (Product return rate) and take actions to improve it
- Make sure Master sample, inspection criteria are updated.
- Make sure FG products are inspected with right AQL and not any defect to customer.
- Perform improving projects
- Training new operators and re-training operators
- Handle customer complaints
- Other ( Audit, support team...)
