Join our dynamic Manufacturing Quality organization and play a key role in guaranteeing world‑class quality in our manufacturing processes. We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Engineer specialized in Metrology, with strong technical expertise in dimensional inspection, CMM operation, and continuous improvement.

What Will You Do

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives by partnering with Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) to drive corrective actions on rejected parts.
  • Operate and program CMM equipment (Keyence preferred, though Mitutoyo, Zeiss, Hexagon or equivalent are also valuable).
  • Interpret Engineering Drawings (GD&T) using both metric and imperial units.
  • Implement and sustain 5S methodology throughout the Receiving Inspection areas.
  • Support manufacturing teams with accurate dimensional measurements using Keyence equipment and other metrology tools (profilometers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
  • Identify and eliminate potential Safety risks within warehouse and quality inspection zones.
  • Manage and update MRB material records, ensuring timely weekly reporting and cross‑functional follow‑up.
  • Lead and coach warehouse DVC teams to meet Safety, Quality, and Delivery KPIs.


What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong proficiency operating and/or programming CMM systems for mechanical and electrical component inspection.
  • Solid knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and advanced metrology concepts.
  • Familiarity with UL standards and ISO 9001:2015 (auditing experience is a plus).
  • Experience working with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Advanced English (B2-C1): able to participate in technical conversations, write reports, and collaborate with global teams.
