Manager-Procurement Effectiveness

Manager - Procurement Effectiveness
Role Purpose
This role, within Central Procurement supporting the Production Procurement business, drives procurement performance and operational excellence through analytics, governance frameworks, digital tools, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance visibility, compliance, productivity, risk mitigation, and KPI discipline while enabling strategic decision-making and building a more future-ready procurement organization
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Performance Analytics & Dashboards
- Maintain, and publish Balanced Scorecard-aligned procurement dashboards by collecting, validating, and analysing key impact KPIs such as quality, compliance, coverage, and supplier risk.
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights through structured performance reviews to support leadership decision-making and strengthen performance governance.
2. Governance & Compliance (RFQ, Contracts, Supplier Risk, Contract Management & Business Review Enablement)
- Lead RFQ governance in collaboration with GPS and category teams; ensure zero non-compliance and documented deviations.
- Drive Contract life cycle management with structured governance
- Enable structured Supplier business reviews through data accuracy, reporting, and governance controls.
5. Digital Transformation & Tool Enablement
- Lead development and maintenance of SharePoint platforms for procurement knowledge, governance, engagement, and recognition.
- Drive adoption and data hygiene across digital procurement tools including:
- Tools :PRISM, SAP MDG, One-Shuttle, SSPSRM
- ERPs : SAP, Oracle
- Support supplier and internal user system access, technical issue resolution, and platform training.
- Support change management by enabling teams with tools, templates, and structured learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Managers, Buyers, Quality, and Digital teams.
- Exposure to data analytics and visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

- Good Procurement Process Knowledge

- Data governance and process optimization
- Digital tools enablement (SAP, SSPSRM, One Shuttle, SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering with Min 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, governance, or analytics
- Proficiency in SAP/ Oracle &procurement digital tools
