Manager - Talent Management Operations (People Operations - Global Delivery & Excellence

- This role will have exposure of various Talent Development topics through supporting the day-to-day operations and tasks including Talent Review & Succession Planning process, Global Leadership Pipeline management, Career Development, and Organization Effectiveness.
- This role serves as a subject matter expert for the stakeholders and is responsible for supporting actionable talent strategies and solutions for Talent Managers
- Act as a TM Ops SPOC and a custodian of the TM Ops agenda for multiple Businesses & Functions
- Will liaison with multiple stakeholders to drive TM agenda for their respective Businesses & Functions
- Support the data & digitization journey of talent development; leverage data & analytics to drive talent and workforce decisions and prepare workforce for the future.
Roles and Responsibility
- Data Management & Support on Talent Acceleration: Enable exposure, mobility, rotation, 4 eyes, People committee, coaching etc.
- Will play a key role during the annual Talent Review & Succession planning campaign by supporting in tracking closures, system updates and providing data intelligence throughout the campaign
- Program manage and support Talent Managers on local leadership development initiatives across different talent categories and organizational hierarchies
- Support workforce sizing, dimensioning & Talent Pipelining for Women FLM, EC FLM, Women in Leadership etc.
- Support HiPos/GTP pool data assessment and identification process, track and maintain development actions data via tools, career moves and local/ global visibility

What's in it for you:
- Min 2-5 years of current experience in Talent & OD activities
- Exposed in supporting / managing activities such as Leadership program interventions, Talent Review process (9 Box), succession Planning, mentoring & coaching coordination, Career development activities, organizational effectiveness etc
- Strong knowledge on data & digital tools of talent development; Very good understanding of inference from data and building analysis for Talent Managers
- Strong process documentation expertise (SoPs, Process Maps, VSMs etc)
- Bachelor's degree in business/ HR/ Psychology/; Post graduate degree in HR preferred.
- Strong analytical skills (data) and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (capacity to navigate in multidisciplinary and multicultural environment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
