Manager -Repair & Maintenance Trades

Role Purpose

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities. The role ensures alignment with safety, quality, cost, and operational efficiency objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability across production lines.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maintain equipment in optimal condition.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, TPM, and other methodologies.

Technical & Asset Management

• Ensure proper preservation and management of all tools and equipment.

Systems & Data Management

Supply Chain & Facilities Coordination

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and plant equipment.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, ERP systems, and maintenance KPIs.
• Proficiency in English (intermediate/advanced level).
