This position will be based at Vadodara Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Designation: Manager - Quality Control MCCB

Experience: 4 years to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection of Low voltage circuit breaker- subassemblies and finished goods and approving finished products. Production line FTY monitoring and report release. Line rejection monitoring & improvements projects to reduce rejection, defective sample analysis & corrective action reports. Customer complaint analysis and Corrective action report. Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc. Handling various activities like Kaizen, skill matrix, etc. Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities. Operator shift management, handling various activities like Kaizen, skill matrix, HEP, OPL etc.

Functional Competencies:

Quality function experience preferably in electrical manufacturing

Engineering Drawing reading & Interpretation, Software knowledge like MS office, SAP.

Knowledge of 7 QC tools, PFMEA, DOE, SPC, etc. System knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO45001

Educational Qualification B.E/ B.Tech Experience Range (Min-Max) 4 to 6 year Diploma (Engg) Experience Range (Min-Max) 6 - 8 Yrs Specialization Electrical Critical Skills Required Exprience in MCCB / ACB, knowledge of IEC 60947-1
