Manager, Project Execution
Join us as a Manager, Project Execution and take the lead on delivering customer projects that drive real business impact. You'll manage teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Role Purpose
The Project Execution Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Schneider Electric's Digital Energy, Services, and Enterprise Solutions portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and fully compliant with Schneider Electric delivery governance.
This role leads mission-critical programs involving energy systems, digital platforms, IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and enterprise transformation, often across multiple sites and business units, with C-level and board-level stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- End-to-End Project & Program Delivery
- Own full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
- Deliver large-scale, multi-million-peso projects across:
- Digital Energy (power, data centers, infrastructure)
- Enterprise IT / OT platforms
- ERP / business systems
- Cybersecurity and cloud programs
- Ensure strict adherence to Schneider Electric PMO methodology, stage-gate governance, and quality standards

- Governance, PMO & Methodology Leadership
- Apply PMP / PMI standards integrated with Schneider delivery frameworks
- Establish and enforce:
- Project charters & baselines
- Integrated master schedules
- RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers
- Stage-gate and steering committee reviews
- Contribute to PMO maturity, standard templates, and continuous improvement
- Financial, Commercial & Contract Management
- Manage full project financials:
- Budget planning and tracking
- Forecast vs actual analysis
- Cost controls and change management
- Ensure compliance with:
- Commercial terms
- SLAs and KPIs
- Contractual obligations and client acceptance criteria
- Support change orders, claims, and variations in coordination with Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Stakeholder & Executive Management
- Act as the single point of accountability for customers
- Engage effectively with:
- Client executives (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO)
- Steering committees
- Regulators and auditors (where applicable)
- Translate complex technical delivery into clear, executive-level status and decisions
- Cross-Functional & Partner Leadership
- Lead cross-functional Schneider teams:
- Engineering and Project Management
- Services
- IT / OT specialists
- Finance, Procurement, Legal
- Coordinate with:
- System integrators
- Technology partners
- Vendors and subcontractors
- Drive accountability across internal and external delivery teams
- Risk, Compliance & Quality Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate:
- Delivery risk
- Technical risk
- Regulatory and security risk
- Ensure compliance with:
- ISO / ITIL / security standards (as applicable)
- Client governance and audit requirements
- Drive customer acceptance, handover, documentation, and lessons-learned
