Manager - Packaging
The Packaging Manager at Schneider Electric is responsible for leading sustainable, innovative, and cost‑effective packaging solutions across the business.
• Collaborate with internal customers to identify/ evaluate and propose innovative packaging solutions respecting sustainability, quality, optimization of packaging cost.
• Provide packaging design in 3D & detailed 2D using the best of breed modelling tools.
• Associate with Leagues/ Squads and Chapters to influence new concepts to promote our brand image and delight our customers.
• Validate the design to meet or exceed the standard requirements using inhouse lab equipments.
• Analyse and resolve packaging quality issues from Plants / Distribution
• Technical audits and qualifications of materials and equipment suppliers
• Develop methodologies and standards for packaging standards and deploy them
• Collaborate with worldwide experts to share best practices.
• Benchmark market trends on new packaging innovation to continuously improve our offerings
• Sustainability at core through reduce, reuse, eliminate waste.
TRAVEL
• 10 ~ 15% travel required both domestically and international
• Third-party events / exhibitions attendance

Qualifications & Experience -
Master's degree in Packaging Engineering (Preferably from IIP & SIES). - 3-5 years' experience in packaging development. - Strong understanding of materials, regulations, and testing. - Leadership and project management skills. DESIGN TOOLS
• Knowledge of 3D designing tools like Creo, Solid works and Auto-CAD.
• Packaging designing software Artios-CAD.
• Basic knowledge of artwork designing software (like Adobe illustrator) will be added advantage.
