Manager, Business Finance Commercial (Finance)
Role Overview
As a Manager, Business Finance Commercial, you will analyze and interpret financial data to support business performance across Solutions segments and Peojects as well as Power System and Secure Power Divisions .
You will partner closely with operations teams to enhance the accuracy of financial reporting and generate strategic insights that drive business optimization.
you will serve as the financial and strategic partner for project execution teams, supporting business performance across project portfolios from tendering through execution and closure. You will analyze project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights that drive project profitability, cash flow optimization, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will implement financial controls, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to the execution of financial strategies that enable commercial success. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will support decision-making by providing actionable recommendations and guiding stakeholders through complex and ambiguous scenarios.

You will also lead medium- to large-scale initiatives, providing direction to team members and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations and business teams to improve reporting accuracy and drive performance
- Implement financial controls and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Support and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance commercial decision-making
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities for assigned business areas
- Analyze project financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and key operational metrics across project portfolios
- Monitor project risks and opportunities and provide proactive recommendations to protect project margins and cash generation
- Implement and maintain project financial controls, governance processes, and c
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance, productivity, and financial transparency
- Provide data-driven insights to support project and business decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to project leaders, operations teams, and finance stakeholders
- Support tendering and project handover processes by evaluating financial assumptions, risks, and business cases
- Lead and coordinate medium- to large-scale projects and transformation initiatives within the project finance domain
- Guide and mentor team members and stakeholders throughout project execution
- Navigate ambiguity and independently resolve moderately complex project and business challenges
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong experience in Business Finance / Commercial Finance
- Deep expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and performance management
- Solid understanding of commercial operations and business models
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in project leadership and team coordination
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
