Manager - BMS Tendering
We are seeking a talented and experienced Tender Manager to join our dynamic team, providing crucial support to our Strategic Account Executives and Branch Business Account Executives in the Tender Management of cloud and service provider accounts within Digital Buildings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-impact programs and initiatives.
The Tender Manager has a working knowledge of the contractual and organizational environments in which the project deliverables are created and in which they will be used. The Senior Tender Manager must be an excellent communicator at all levels within the program and capture environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities and be able to adapt to dynamic environments.
The Senior Tender Manager's main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and Lead all tendering activities within established Program accounts as per CPP (Customer Project Process), GCP&SO (Global Customer Projects & Services Operations), and SRM (Solutions Risk Management) guidelines.
- Said guidelines to be specifically adapted to Digital Buildings go-to-market strategies.
- Tendering responsibility resides specifically on the S0 thru P0 CPP Gates.
- Adopt tendering needs and establish Tender Governance for Program Accounts as required.
- Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance SMLs (Subject Matter Leaders) to support all tender and pre-PO activities in support of multiple accounts.
- Provide post-award P0 reviews to determine whether the parameters of the contract match those that were proposed at S2.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and business units involved in the program, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to program delivery.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of potential issues or risks, working closely with CPP stakeholders to implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Support the tracking and reporting of tender and capture performance metrics, providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree.
- 10+ years relevant experience.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess strong communications skills, verbal and written
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/tenders
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
