Your Mission
Lead maintenance and manufacturing excellence within the entity, ensuring operational reliability, digital integration, continuous improvement, and strong leadership performance while driving safety, efficiency, and business results.
Responsibilities
🔹 Maintenance & Technical Expertise
- Act as expert across multiple maintenance domains: mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, robotics (corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance).
- Lead automation and robotic device expertise (Schneider products prioritized).
- Align maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities with safety, manufacturing performance, and customer demand.
- Identify and implement improvements up to the technical limits of manufacturing processes.
- Contribute expertise in process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, simulation tools, investment strategy, cost analysis, and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
- Apply structured methodologies (A3, 8D, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) to reduce waste, variation, and defects.
- Hold hierarchical responsibilities including people management and budget accountability.
- Demonstrate strong leadership to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Apply change management methodologies to ensure successful implementation of business priorities (on time, on budget, aligned with human and business goals).
- Integrate related technologies to enable efficient digital planning, innovation, operations, measurement, and employee engagement.
- Leverage digital acumen (ICT, media literacy, information literacy) to create differentiated business value.
- Understand and anticipate customer lifecycle needs to build win-win partnerships.
- Develop and promote safe working environments aligned with Health & Safety standards.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar industrial roles.
- High level of English (C1).
- Solid industrial experience.
- Valuable: knowledge of Medium/High Voltage products.
