Maintenance Engineer (IOT and Automation focus)

Join our manufacturing operations team as an Assistant Manager, Maintenance Operations Supervision. You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, drive equipment reliability, and play a key role in minimizing downtime while ensuring safety and compliance across all maintenance activities.

What will you do?

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective work to maximize equipment uptime
  • Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and work permits while monitoring key performance indicators
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and escalate critical operational risks
  • Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards while coaching technicians to build their technical capabilities

  • Continuous Improvement - intermediate level; identifying and executing actions that enhance maintenance efficiency
  • Autonomous Mobile Robot - intermediate level; overseeing maintenance of automated systems in production environments
