Front Office Logistics & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front Office Logistics & Operations Coordinator to strengthen operational efficiency and enhance customer experience across the Nordic & Baltic zone. The Front Office Logistics & Operations Coordinator enhances operational efficiency and customer experience across the Nordic & Baltic region by representing Front Office interests in all Global Supply Chain (GSC)-related topics impacting customer journey.
The role provides a holistic view of order-to-delivery performance, coordinating issue resolution across logistics, ordering processes, stock availability, and master data quality.
Acting as a logistics ambassador to customer-facing teams, the coordinator promotes proactive communication, effective escalation management, and continuous improvement in delivery execution and ordering experience, aligned with CDX and CX frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination & Front Office Support
- Serve as the primary logistics contact for Front Office teams (Sales, Customer Support, Projects/Services, Supply Chain)
- Ensure end-to-end coordination of delivery and order-related issues
- Act as Front Office advocate to GSC, translating, prioritizing, and following up on customer-relevant topics
- Proactively communicate on deliveries, delays, shortages, and lead-time changes
- Identify and resolve delivery execution issues (e.g., address errors, multiple confirmations, last-mile failures, master data and transport issues)
- Support stock decisions and optimization with a customer-centric approach
- Contribute to forecasting, volume planning, and sales follow-up actions
- Guide teams and customers toward efficient ordering practices (EDI, MySchneider, automated entry)
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
- Drive continuous improvement across Front Office teams
- Lead root-cause analysis of delivery issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate action plans to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve CX gaps at the GSC interface (e.g., multiple confirmations, incorrect lead times, data inconsistencies)
- Proactively improve customer ordering journeys by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- Ensure clear, proactive communication on supply constraints and customer impact
Digital, Data & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with Data & Digital teams to ensure high-quality logistics data and actionable insights
- Provide reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve data quality issues impacting customer experience
- Promote adoption of digital ordering tools and automation (e.g., EDI, MySchneider)
- Support stock coordination during supply constraints and critical situations
- Focus on identifying and resolving Front Office-GSC interface issues impacting CX, complementing CDX's operational scope
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or customer operations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for customer-facing teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Familiarity with ERP, order management systems, or data tools is an advantage
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable handling escalations in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English is required, Nordic language is a plus
